🔄 FREE REPLACEMENT

We want you to love your order! If your blanket arrives with an issue caused by our production process, we will be happy to review it.

We can provide a free replacement if there is:

• A manufacturing defect or significant damage caused during production
• An incorrect design sent due to our mistake
• A personalization or spelling error caused by our team

In these situations, we will remake and resend the affected item at no additional cost.

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include clear photos of the item and the issue so we can assist you quickly.

💖 PARTIAL REFUND OR STORE CREDIT

For minor production issues that do not significantly affect the overall use or appearance of the blanket, such as a small loose thread or minor mark, we may offer:

• A partial refund, OR
• A 10% store credit toward your next purchase

Each situation will be reviewed individually to find the most appropriate solution.

All blankets are made to order.

Production time: 5–7 business days

Because each piece is individually embroidered and prepared for your order, please allow sufficient time for production before shipment.

🚚 Estimated Shipping Time

United States: 10–15 business days
International: 12–17 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control.

📍 Tracking Information:
Tracking may not show movement immediately after your order is placed because your item needs to go through the production process first.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, tracking updates will become available through the carrier.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by:

• Shipping carrier delays
• Customs processing
• Weather or transportation disruptions
• Seasonal demand
• Holidays and peak shopping periods

🔔 ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because our blankets are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Within 24 hours of purchase:
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund, provided production has not already begun.

After 24 hours:
Your order may already have entered the production process. Cancellation requests after this period may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to help cover materials, preparation, and production costs.

For custom or personalized orders, a $5 design fee may apply to cancellations after the design preparation process has started.

💬 If something changes with your order, please message us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help whenever we can.

🚫 NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-REPLACEABLE CASES

Because each blanket is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

• The wrong size was selected by the buyer
• You change your mind after the item has been delivered
• Incorrect personalization details were provided by the buyer
• Incorrect spelling, names, initials, or other information were entered by the buyer
• The item is damaged due to improper washing or care
• Normal variations in embroidery or fabric that do not affect the quality or usability of the item
